A Summer Sonnet - Thursday 16 June 2016, 7.30pm

Voce Chamber Choir directed by Suzi Digby OBE present an evening of exquisite choral music inspired by the works of Shakespeare at the Grosvenor Chapel in Mayfair, London. The programme will include music by Vaughan Williams, Byrd, Tallis, Judith Weir and Tavener, and Shakespeare readings by Tim Cribb.

The concert will be followed by summer drinks.

Suzi Digby OBE conducts Voce Chamber Choir and the London Youth Choir in this hour-long concert featuring Tallis's 40-part motet. This programme also celebrates the 300th anniversary of CPE Bach, with excerpts from his Magnificat.
