New year, new love
You did ask
us when we were going to get round to doing an aphrodisiac drink.
(Not you? Oops, sorry…!)
Well,
Love Potion has blueberries,
passionfruit and herbs like Muira Puama, Damiana and Passionflower – to
put you in a happy, flirty mood (“a bit like champagne” says the press
release…)
Look out for
it in Harrods, Harvey Nicks and Selfridges in January, or call us if you
need a serious stash for your event/ hotel/ singles party.

Book of the week
Remember when
we asked for nominations of London’s finest cafes, delis and lunch-places?
Well it
wasn’t just a cunning ruse to find some more Firefly stockists... We’ve
just published the book. And we’re chuffed to bits with it.
The reviews,
by Jane Macarthur, are brilliant. And with 56 of the finest, funkiest and
healthiest independent lunch places around the capital, it’s essential
reading.
The book’s
hitting the shelves this week, a bit of a bargain at £3.00. So go on,
support London’s independents and get a copy!

Rubbing shoulders…
We went to
meet Gordon Brown at No. 11 for a reception for “enterprising young Brits”
in October. He was rather Gordon Brown – like.
Better still,
the Kaiser Chiefs were there too, and Nick Hodges (the drummer) turned out
to be a huge Firefly fan. So a few hours later we were in their dressing
room at the Brixton Academy handing out Firefly.
(It was, of
course, a riot)

Lots of

We’ve just
sold our Millionth bottle in 2005 – well over double last year… So thank
you to everyone that’s helped – and here’s to a thrilling 2006!

Holiday
time…
We’re closing
the office at lunchtime on Friday 23rd December and reopening
on Tuesday lunchtime, 3rd January.
In the
meantime, have a wonderful Christmas, and we look forward to speaking in
the New Year.
